The solution
Thermal Energy Networks capture existing heat and cooling, recycle it into a thermal energy network and distribute that thermal energy to and within buildings.
There are 3 types of TEN

Heat only
For areas with no or low cooling requirement

Hybrid heat & cooling
For areas with a need for both heating (in winter) and cooling (in summer)

Cooling only
For hot areas with no need for heating

System Modelling

We provide advanced system modelling
- Our advanced systems model (the Red House model) will be applied in any district, city, region or country
- It produces techno-economic, environmental and financial impact
- It has been co-created with IVL and EURAC researchers incorporating Life Cycle Costing and Life Cycle Analysis capability
- It validates taxonomy alignment of investments
- It has been validated by investors

Net Zero Scenarios

We develop net zero scenarios
- We use the outputs from the model as input to co-create net zero scenarios with the project owner
- A model is only a model, we next add the experience and knowledge of our team to calibrate outputs and identify efficient zero scenarios

We unlock finance
- We translate the techno economic model into financial outputs and ensure taxonomy alignment of investments
- We work with an investor pool to provide local stakeholders with suitable finance options
